Booking
How do I book a Khalsa Cab?
Use the fare meter on any page, then press Book on WhatsApp. The whole trip arrives with the desk in one message. You can also call +91 98987 90245.
Do I need to download an app or make an account?
No. There is no app and no account. WhatsApp or a phone call is all it takes.
Can I book for later today?
Usually, depending on which cars are free at that hour. Call or message and you will know in a minute.
How far ahead can I book?
As far ahead as you like. For early flights and wedding dates, earlier is better.
Is an advance payment needed?
Not for ordinary one way and local trips. For multi day hires and larger vehicles the desk may ask for part of the fare in advance, and says so when it confirms.
Fares
Is the fare on the meter the final fare?
The meter gives an estimate from the distance and your car rate. The desk confirms the final figure before the trip, and that confirmed figure is what you pay, with toll and parking on top.
How is a one way fare worked out?
The distance multiplied by the one way rate for your car. There is no minimum distance and no driver allowance. Pickups between 10 pm and 6 am add a night charge.
How is a round trip worked out?
The distance both ways multiplied by the round trip rate, plus ₹300 for each day the driver is with you.
Are toll and parking included?
No. Toll, state tax and parking are extra on every route, and the desk tells you roughly what they come to.
How do I pay?
At the end of the trip, to the driver, by UPI, card or cash.
Trips and cars
Which cars can I book?
Hatchback, sedan, SUV, Innova Crysta, a premium sedan and a 12 seat Tempo Traveller. The last two are quoted per trip.
Is there a charge for luggage?
No, as long as it fits in the car you booked. Tell us the number of bags and we will tell you which car takes them.
Do you go outside Gujarat?
Yes. Mumbai and Udaipur are on the list, and other destinations can be quoted on WhatsApp.
Are the distances on the site exact?
They are road distances for planning. The route on the day can change them slightly, which is why the desk confirms the fare.
What if the car breaks down?
We send a replacement as fast as we can and keep you told while it is on its way.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Tell the desk as early as you can. If the car has not left for your pickup, there is nothing to pay.
