How the meter works

There are only two calculations, and both are on this page so you can check them.

One way

The distance of your route multiplied by the one way rate for your car. There is no minimum distance and no driver allowance. If the pickup is between 10 pm and 6 am, a fixed night charge for that car is added and shown as its own line.

Round trip

The distance there and back multiplied by the round trip rate, which is lower per kilometre, plus ₹300 for each day the driver is with you. The meter counts the days from your travel date to your return date.

What is never included

Toll, state tax and parking. They depend on the road and the day, so the desk tells you roughly what to expect when it confirms.

The rates

The fare on the meter is an estimate. The route taken, waiting time and the car available on the day can change it, which is why the desk confirms the final figure before you travel.
