Each car is a commercially registered vehicle with its permits and insurance in order. Interiors are cleaned between bookings, and the cars that go on long runs are checked before they leave.

Luggage costs nothing extra as long as it fits the car you booked. If it will not, the desk will say so when you book rather than the driver saying so at your gate.
